The manufacturing of feed sheet metal component

The project made within the bachelor‘s program B2307 represents a proposal of the production technology of a cutting – a device made of steel plate 12020. On the basis of secondary literature dealing with the problematic topic of cutting technology a production of components in sequential device was designed. The sequential device is composed of normalized components and is resolved by using a universal easel. The cutting box is fixed to the compressing machine LEN 40 C (producer TOMA Industries, s.r.o.) with the nominal drawing force of 400 kN. The upper cutting edge and cutting form are made of tool steel class 19, heat-treated according to the drawing documentation.
Proposal for the production of variants of flat sheet metal parts with holes

FABÍK Pavel: Proposal for the production of variants of flat sheet metal parts with holes The project elaborated in frame of bachelor’s study branch B2307-00 submits a design of technology components from sheet metal with holes - parts of steel 11 320.1 (specified by INGE Opava). On the basis of literary study problems of production of the components were designed and compared two methods of production. Cutting on the combined cutter attached to the double-stand hydraulic press type Tleff (designed by KIT Invest Ltd. for the Trading) witch 4000 kN pressing power. The cut parts of cutting tool are made of material 19 312 (as designed by Brano). Laser cutting is done on a machine AMADO FO-3015 (in the company Dender).
The manufacture of seat belt buckle

Aim of this Thesis is to assess the existing manufacturing method and to propose and make out an optimum manufacturing method for the part „seat belt buckle“. Components made of the steel plate 14 220.3. With respect to requested accuracy, quality and expected production run of 1 000 000 pcs per year, the Thesis includes the proposal of manufacture of the part by a method of accurate cutting with push-on edge. Is designed the cutting tool and selected the suitable machine type for this technology Feintool HFA 3200 Plus. The work contains necessary calculations, economical evaluation and design documentation of the processual tools for the components production. The last part contains the technical and economic evaluation, from which results that, technically and economically, the new production technology is preferable to the existing technology.

The final work elaborated in the scope of bachelor studies of the branch B2307-00 submitted variants of production for flat sheet metal parts with holes. In work there are two variants of production of one particular part namely: Production on sequence shearing tool and production by means of plasma CNC machine. Particular part is designed for quantity 120 000 pieces per year. Shearing machine S250 with shearing force 2500 kN is selected (manufacturer Smeral a.s.Brno). In the work there are implied necessary calculations for both variants including economical evaluation and criteria for practically implementation.

The thesis elaborated Specifics of Main Components of Simple Blanking Tool. The thesis is divided into 5 basic parts. The first part deals with the issue of cutting tools in general. The second one introduces a simple blanking tool. The third and most extensive part describes in detail the selected main components of blanking toll. The fourth part contains possible ways to increase the life of main components and the last part is summary of the most frequently used materials for these functional parts.
Manufacturing of protective sheet metal to the door

The thesis deals with the design of manufacturing technology of protective sheet metal to the door from the material 17240. The blank is 0,8 mm thick sheet metal. Work is set for cold shaping of metal by means of cutting. Production on sequence shearing tool is based on series 100 000 pieces. Shearing machine LEXN–100 2 (Toma trading s.r.o.) with shearing force 1000 kN is selected for realization. The main point of the thesis is to design a cutting tool and to create a drawing documentation.
Proposal of shearing tool for the manufacture of shaped blank

The thesis presents a design of a progressive cutting tool for the production of shaped blanks from sheet metal Usibor 1500 (22MnB5) with a thickness of 1.5 mm. The tool is designed by using CATIA V5 software in cooperation with Žďas, a.s. company. Based on the literature review of the cutting process, cutters were designed, shear clearance and order of operations in the tool were determined. The proposed cutting tool consists of both manufactured and standardized parts. Tool parts fall out of the chute onto the conveyor belt. The tool is designed to operate on an AIDA 1000 excentric press with a nominal force of 10,000 kN. Cutters that are not standardized are made of tool steel and heat treated according to drawing documentation.
Manufacturing of cutter wheel for brush saw

The project is submitting design of technology production of the part from the sheet iron 12050, thickness of 2 mm and production run of 120 000 pieces per year. From the proposed options of manufacturing was determined that the fineblanking technology by vee ring is the most advantageous. The fineblanking manufacture was designed for fineblanking tool which is set on the hydraulic press HSR - 630 X - TRA from producer SCHMID with nominal force 6300 kN. Functional parts of tool are produced of tool steel 19 437. According to economical calculation it was defined the price of the manufactured part on 61,4 Kč.

The Manufacturing of the Brake Disk by Fineblanking Technology

The purpose of the diploma thesis is to design a manufacturing technology of the Brake Disk. The component is made of stainless steel 17 023 (X30Cr13). The blank is 2 mm thick sheet metal. Within the literary study the comparison of the possible technologies of manufacturing has been carried out. With respect to the batch size 200 000 pieces the fineblanking technology has been chosen. For the manufacturing has been chosen HFA 700 press. The major point of diploma thesis is to design a cutting tool and create a drawing documentation. The part of the project is the technical and economical evaluation of the designed manufacturing process.
